Phaeoexplorer Genome Paper

This page provides data files and other information specifically for the set of 60 genomes analysed for the Phaeoexplorer genome paper ( Denoeud, Godfroy et al. 2024 ). The data files and analyses do not include the additional brown algal genomes that have been added to the Phaeoexplorer brown algal genome database since the publication of this paper.

Biological samples, sequencing data, genome assemblies and annotations

All the sequence data generated by the Phaeoexplorer project, including DNA and RNA sequencing data, genome assemblies and annotations have been deposited in the EBI/ENA database under the following project PRJEB76691 and will be publicly available as of the date of publication.

Derived data

All derived data related to the Phaeoexplorer publication have been deposited in a repository with a persistent DOI: doi:10.57745/9U1J85.
